Return and Exchange Policy

However, we regret to inform you that, in most cases, we do not accept returns or exchanges for dresses. This policy is in place due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

SECTION 2 - No Returns or Exchanges

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for dresses unless there are exceptional circumstances. This policy is implemented for several reasons:

Hygiene and Quality Assurance: Our dresses are carefully inspected for quality and hygiene before shipment. Once a dress has left our facilities and has been in the possession of a customer, we cannot guarantee its condition. 

 

SECTION 2.1 - Please be advised that our handcrafted dresses may contain intricate stone work, and while we take utmost care in their creation, we cannot be held responsible for any missing stones due to the nature of handcrafted items

Variability in Fit and Style: Dress fit and style preferences can vary greatly among individuals. What may fit one person perfectly may not be suitable for another. Therefore, we encourage customers to refer to our size chart and fit guide (provided during the purchase process) to make informed decisions.

Customization and Made-to-Order Dresses: For dresses that are customized or made-to-order based on specific measurements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to their unique and tailored nature. Please ensure that you provide accurate measurements and preferences when placing such orders.

SECTION 3 - Exceptions to the Policy

While we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for dresses, there is a exceptional circumstances in which we may consider a return or exchange:

Incorrect Item Received: In the event that you receive the wrong dress, please contact us within 2-3 Working days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for the correct dress to be sent to you at no additional cost.
