Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the atelier.

Any import duties or taxes that may apply on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.

Each GHOHARY gown is handcrafted exclusively for you, beginning the moment you place your order. Online orders are made in the closest size from our size chart; because each piece is individually cut and finished, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is confirmed.

True custom measurements are reserved for couture commissions placed in person at our Deira, Dubai atelier. Before purchasing online, our team is available on WhatsApp to help guide you through sizing, fabric, and fit — please reach out with any questions.

Each piece is drafted and constructed in our Deira, Dubai atelier using couture-grade crepe, satin, tulle, polyester, and handworked embellishments. Our in-house embroiderers apply every crystal, bead, and thread by hand — no piece leaves the atelier until each element has been checked twice.
